What You Will Do Welcome guests and create engaging conversations to understand their needs and preferences Deliver a high-quality shopping experience, recommending products and promotions to drive sales Achieve individual and team targets (revenue, KPIs, conversion rate, average transaction value) Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are always well presented and available Support operational tasks such as restocking, inventory management and handling deliveries Use POS systems efficiently to ensure accurate transactions and application of promotions Proactively manage guest feedback,
