Help shape the next generation of energy storage technologies!Si assicuri di leggere attentamente le informazioni relative a questa possibilità prima di inviare la sua candidatura.We’re looking for a technically driven and detail-oriented Certification & Compliance Engineer to join our Design Engineering team, reporting to the Head of Certification & Compliance Engineering.In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that NHOA’s Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) meet international standards and certification requirements, working closely with R&D, Engineering, certification bodies, and test laboratories throughout the entire product lifecycle.What you’ll doAnalyze, interpret, and ensure compliance with IEC, UL, and other international standardsPrepare technical documentation, including guidelines, analytical reports, test procedures, and application notesDesign, set up, validate, and coordinate test benches for compliance and certification activitiesSelect and manage laboratory instrumentation to ensure accurate and reliable testingPrepare and maintain technical dossiers for products and systemsConduct risk assessments and Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) analysesCoordinate certification activities with external laboratories and certification bodiesSupport Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)Collaborate with TechSales teams to develop technical documentation for bids and tendersSupport projects throughout the full lifecycle, from design to final certificationWork closely with R&D teams to develop new products and ensure compliance from concept through certificationAnalyze fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems to verify compliance and performancePromote and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures,
