He splits his time between Milan, London and Copenhagen, but Milan is his primary home. His lifestyle combines study, work and regular training, so the chef needs to make eating well extremely easy and consistent. The BioChef will attend the Milan residence 3 times per week, preparing and storing dinners that cover all 7 days of the week.
