Aaron King International is seeking an experienced HR Administration & Payroll Manager to own the core people administration, payroll and workforce cost processes in Italy. Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead a small team and liaise with the external payroll partner to ensure accuracy, compliance and timeliness.

You will develop HR reporting, support budget and salary review cycles, and drive HRIS and digitalisation initiatives in an international setting, balancing hands-on operations
