- Develop and maintain detailed short-term production schedules to ensure optimal sequencing and efficient use of production resources.
- Manage work orders (raising, scheduling, closing).
- Align daily and weekly production plans with demand priorities, capacity constraints, and material availability.
- Monitor schedule adherence and proactively adjust plans in response to changes in demand, disruptions, or operational constraints.
- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of the production schedule
- Identify bottlenecks and support actions to improve line efficiency, throughput, and overall responsiveness**Materials and Inventory Coordination**
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components by coordinating closely with suppliers and warehouse teams.
- Monitor stock levels for critical materials and proactively escalate potential shortages impacting production.
- Support inventory optimization by balancing production needs with stock levels,
minimizing excess and obsolescence.**Planning Support and Continuous Improvement**
- Maintain accuracy of planning data in ERP systems (lead times, production versions, scheduling parameters).
- Support the Team in improving scheduling processes, tools, and data accuracy.
- Contribute to the stabilization and standardization of production scheduling routines and best practices. xysqume
