Si assicuri di aver compreso tutte le responsabilità e i compiti associati a questo ruolo prima di procedere.Solution LeadAbout your role: The Solution Lead – Merchant Solutions is responsible for defining, designing, and leading the delivery of end-to-end merchant acquiring and payment solutions for banks, fintechs, payment service providers, and merchants. The role acts as the primary solution authority across client engagements, providing strategic and functional leadership to ensure successful implementation of acquiring platforms, payment gateways, switching, settlement, and value‑added services. The Solution Lead serves as the key liaison between clients, business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and delivery organizations, ensuring that business objectives are translated into scalable, secure, and commercially viable payment solutions.What you’ll doOwn the end-to-end merchant acquiring solution across the project lifecycle.Lead solution architecture discussions and define target‑state operating models.Evaluate client requirements and align them with platform capabilities and product roadmaps.Design scalable solutions covering: Merchant Acquiring, Payment Gateways, Authorization & Switching, Scheme Clearing & Settlement, Merchant Pricing & Billing, Reconciliation & Reporting, Fraud Management,
Digital Commerce & Value‑Added Services.Ensure solution compliance with card scheme, regulatory, security, and operational requirements.Act as trusted advisor for strategic client engagements.Lead client workshops, solution reviews, and executive presentations.Provide consultative guidance on acquiring transformation, modernization, migration, and market expansion initiatives.Present solution options, risks, assumptions, and recommendations to client leadership teams.Experience you’ll need to haveExtensive SME Functional knowledge in Merchant Acquiring Solutions covering payment gateway, authorization switches, scheme clearing & settlements, merchant pricing, interchange and scheme fees, financial reconciliations.Analytical skills and understanding industry metrics and trends.10+ years of experience in Payments, Banking Technology, or Merchant Acquiring.5+ years in Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, or Solution Leadership roles.Demonstrated experience delivering complex acquiring or payment transformation programs.Strong customer‑facing consulting experience with financial institutions or payment providers.Salary starting at 69,390 - negotiable depending on experience.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: Fiserv is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
