Role: M&A Corporate Attorney (Remote)Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a full-time -based M&A Corporate & Securities Attorney to oversee securities filings, corporate governance, and transactional compliance.Key Responsibilities:- Draft and review merger and acquisition agreements, disclosure documents, and proxy statements.- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, including SEC filings such as Forms S-1, S-3, 8-K, and 10-K.- Advise on corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder meeting documentation.- Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions and securities offerings.- Liaise with external counsel, investment banks, and regulatory bodies as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Licensed attorney in good standing with experience in securities law.- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A and corporate law,
