The role will contribute to the evolution of the IT operating model by strengthening monitoring capabilities, preventive maintenance, automation, and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, working closely with internal technical teams and external technology partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Infrastructure Operations.Analyze operational trends, recurring incidents, and systemic issues, identifying preventive and corrective actions.Drive improvements in the reliability and availability of IT services.Oversee the evolution of monitoring and observability platforms.Define and monitor operational KPIs.Collaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors on preventive maintenance plans.Identify automation opportunities through traditional tools and AI solutions.Support the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies.Coordinate Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis activities.Partner with the Cyber Security team to enhance infrastructure resilience.Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement plans.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations,
