Spa is looking for a Project Trade Compliance Analyst to be placed in Milan for a multinational leader in the plant engineering sector. Within the project organization, the resource will have to ensure the compliance of project activities involving export, re-export, import, transfer and intermediation of goods, software and technologies with the applicable laws and regulations on Trade Compliance.

Responsibilities

Identify risks and vulnerabilities related to project activities in relation to export, re-export, import, transfer and intermediation of goods,



software and technologies Screen products to identify those requiring export/import authorizations Coordinate the project functions involved (e.g. procurement, logistics, engineering, contract management, project control, project management, finance) in relation to Project Trade Compliance issues Prepare authorization requests Ensure correct and efficient archiving of Trade Compliance documentation We offer a maternity leave replacement contract in administration.
