The Project Management Officer (PMO) is responsible for supporting, governing, and improving project management practices across the organization. The PMO ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives by providing standards, methodologies, reporting, and portfolio oversight.
Role Summary
Experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the leasing or regulated financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics or Management Engineering and a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. This role requires advanced proficiency in English, a desire for continuous growth and learning, and the ability to work effectively in a team with both personality and authority.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage different projects within the leasing or financial services sector.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion,
including coordination of testing activities in alignment with business priorities.
- Report directly to the Managing Director, providing regular updates on project status.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Cooperate with MD and all Management Team to map and implement a consistent set of working process and procedures, also by means of aligning operating systems requirements to the business governance model in force from time to time
- to resolve any issues identified, so that senior stakeholders have confidence that the project can deliver according to time, budget, and quality.

- Fascia retributiva (RAL): 45.000€ - 50.000€
