The role requires strong project coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the Sales team in evaluating and managing new customer briefs and project requests. /liliCoordinate project activities from concept through development and implementation.
/liliServe as the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. /liliDefine project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. /liliCoordinate the preparation and delivery of samples, prototypes, and supporting documentation. /liliMonitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, delays, or issues. /liliEnsure effective communication and alignment among all functions involved, including Sales, RD, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement. /liliProvide regular project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders. /liliManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. /liliSupport product launch and industrialization activities when required. /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. /liliPrevious experience in Project Management, Customer Project Management, Product Development, or similar roles. /liliExperience working in manufacturing, industrial, packaging, consumer goods, or product development environments is considered a plus. /liliProven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. /liliStrong understanding of project planning and coordination principles. /li /ulh3Skills Competencies /h3ulliExcellent organizational and time management skills. /liliStrong customer focus and relationship management abilities. /liliOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills. /liliAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments. /liliStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. /liliAbility to prioritize tasks and manage changing deadlines. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications. /liliFluency in English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ulh3Personal Attributes /h3ulliProactive and results-oriented. /liliDetail-oriented with excellent follow-through. /liliFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. /liliTeam player with a collaborative approach. /liliStrong sense of ownership and accountability. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
