Reporting line: Director of Operations

Location: Rome or Venice (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week from home)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (9 AM - 5.30 PM)

High season: During the high season April-October, one Saturday per month on rota and during the week on shifts (8am-4:30pm or 10:30am-7pm)

The Role

Plays a vital role in the pre-departure organization by overseeing and managing the company’s day-to-day operations. They are responsible for ensuring that all office processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the TTC’s objectives

What Will You Do?

- Ensure Sightseeing times and tickets are added to the documentation delivered to the TDs.
- Answer and assist all Travel Director (TD) queries either in person or over telephone/teams
- Communicate relevant information to TDs in advance of all trip departures, via Teams channels.
- Work with other departments to ensure the smooth running of upcoming trips.
- TD’s complaint is listened to, and suitable solution is sought.
- Where necessary escalate to Team Manager, ensuring no issues is left unresolved.
