It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.As a key member of the Southern Europe Digital Commerce team, this role will help accelerate Digital Commerce as a core growth pillar across the cluster — not only as a sales channel, but also as a critical part of the consumer journey with strong influence on offline sales. The role is responsible for maximizing the visibility, discoverability, and conversion of Haleon brands and SKUs across retailer digital shelves in Southern Europe, ensuring our portfolio is easy to find, compelling to engage with, and optimized to convert. Working closely with local markets, customers, marketing, and cross-functional teams, the role will strengthen Haleon’s position as a strategic partner for retailers in their digital commerce transformation.Role ResponsibilitiesOwn FCP (findability, conversion, performance) content implementation and improvements for Drive on-site holistic search to top categories and brands to improve product search rankings through keyword analysis, on-page optimization, and other SEO techniques.Lead and manage the Digital commerce asset library and make it available to the organization and to customers.Implement digital shelf syndication strategies to enhance brand presence and drive conversion on e-commerce platforms.Manage datapools (example. GDSN, Immagino)
syndication processes together with customer templates to ensure timely and accurate distribution of product data to various trading partners together with local market sales.Generate insightful reports and market analyses to provide d-com team with valuable performance insights and actionable recommendations.Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our operations.Drive performance marketing – give guidance on how to create and continuously improve content considering learnings coming out of data tracking; closely drive connections to/within Marketing to ensure learnings are considered for future asset development.Initiate and drive test & learn projects with key customers.Why you?Basic QualificationsUniversity degree in economics, business administration or digital management.Italian Native language, Fluency in English, basic knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese would be a plus.Operational and strategic track record in building a successful Digital Commerce implementation.Knowledge of Digital Commerce Customer landscape & trends (customers, agency partners, pilot partners, consumer insights)Experience in marketing or digital shelf managementMin. 3 yrs experience from FMCG industry or retailerPreferred QualificationsExperience in working in cross functional teams and agile working stylesStrong project management skills & ability to drive multiple large-scale projects in parallelAbility to simplify and clearly identify key areas of focus in the spirit of “do what matters most”Eager to learn and be constantly updated about digital commerce trends and technology developments.Visionary thinking combined with appetite and relentless energy for executionEUR 41.276,00 - EUR 56.754,50 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
