Junior controller Italy The challenge The Junior Controller Italy supports the Finance team in monitoring financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities for the Italian market.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly closing activities and prepare financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor sales, margins, and operating expenses
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
- Support cost control activities and profitability analysis by product line
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting systems
- Support internal and external audit processes
What you need to succeed
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in structured multinationals • Accounting knowledge
- Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools (SAP is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Fluent in Italian and English • Knowledge of the FMCG or White Goods industry is a plus
PAY TRANSPARENCY
Employment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time
National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati
Minimum Gross Annual Salary: € 32.000
