Your Role
As a Sales Specialist, you will help customers discover relevant products or services while creating a professional and engaging experience.
Your responsibilities will include
- Communicating with prospective and existing customers
- Understanding customer needs and identifying suitable solutions
- Presenting products or services clearly and confidently
- Identifying sales opportunities and working toward commercial targets
- Handling customer questions and objections professionally
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Following up on opportunities when required
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Working according to established sales, quality, and compliance procedures
- Contributing to the overall performance and success of the sales team

- Native Italian & B1+ English
- Communicate confidently and naturally with different types of people
- Have a customer-focused and commercially minded approach
- Are persuasive without being pushy
- Enjoy working toward measurable goals
- Can listen carefully and understand what customers actually need
- Are proactive, resilient, and comfortable handling objections
- Learn quickly and adapt well to new products and processes
- Have previous sales, business development, customer service, or similar experience — an advantage, but not necessarily a requirement
Compensation
International candidates: €1,050 gross/month
Your all-inclusive package includes:
