System Engineer - Avionics Algorithms and Modelling

TXT e-Tech, a company within the TXT Group, is seeking System Engineer to work on projects in the Aerospace & Defence sector.
The successful candidate will be involved in engineering activities relating to the development of advanced Command & Control (C2) systems, contributing to requirements analysis, design, modelling and validation of complex algorithms.
The role involves participation in the various stages of the development cycle, from algorithm definition through to integration into the target software and platform testing, whilst collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Modelling, developing and testing algorithms;
- Analysing system requirements and defining Command & Control (C2) algorithms;
- Validating and assessing performance using simulation models;
- Analysis of test results and support in resolving anomalies;
- Preparation of technical documentation and material for project reviews.
Required technical skills:
- In-depth knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink;
- In-depth knowledge of Python.
Optional technical skills:
- Knowledge of the system engineering process and the software development lifecycle;
- Good knowledge of office automation tools (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
- Electrical Engineering;
- Aerospace Engineering;
- Mechatronics Engineering;
- Related STEM disciplines.

- The salary range for this position is between EUR 27.000 and EUR 31.000 gross per year.
- The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
