ppThe role of a Maintenance Engineer is to organise, optimize and oversee maintenance activities during planning and execution phases. /ppAccording to the policies and strategies defined by the Management, he shall develop the maintenance plan by defining maintenance tasks and their frequencies for all the equipment, support the execution of the planned activities, and check their effectiveness. /ppThe Maintenance Engineer defines all requirements of materials and spare parts, and provides technical details needed for their procurement. /ppFor activities to be subcontracted / outsourced, the Maintenance Engineer develops the Technical Annex containing all technical information and cooperates in the evaluation and technical alignment of the offers received. /ppDuring tenders, the Maintenance Engineer supports the proposal team for estimation of costs. /ppIn addition, during Shutdowns, the Maintenance Engineer develops the Work Packs for each maintenance work, providing details of tasks, manpower, tools and equipment required. /ph3Duties and Responsibilities: /h3ulliDevelop maintenance procedures and provide details of individual tasks for each equipment. /liliDevelop Work Method Statements when required, and support HSE team for risk assessment. /liliAccording to the policies and strategies defined by the management, develop the maintenance plan by assigning frequencies for each planned maintenance activity /liliCollect,
organize and maintain all the technical documentation /liliFollow-up of the execution of the maintenance activities and provide technical support to the maintenance supervisors when needed /liliDefine all requirements of materials and spare parts, and provide technical details needed for their procurement /liliDevelop shutdown Work Packs /liliDevelop technical annexes for subcontracting /liliSupport cost estimation phase during tenders, developing manhours and equipment hours estimations. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulli5 years of operational experience in the Oil Gas industry in the same role. /liliAbility to supervise, ability to schedule and multitask /liliKey team member and team player, leadership, motivation and technical skills. /liliGood communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, organizing ability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, adaptability and stress tolerance. /liliIndustrial Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent /liliAbility to read and properly interpret Engineering drawings. /li /ulpbPlace of work: /b Parma, willingness to travel. /ppThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
