Role: Mental Health Specialist (Remote)Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Adolescent Suicide & Self-Harm Specialist to work on a Full-time basis. The role involves providing specialized support to adolescents experiencing suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors, including crisis intervention and long-term care coordination. The position requires expertise in adolescent mental health and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct risk assessments for adolescents presenting with suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors.- Develop and implement individualized safety plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members.- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to adolescents in distress.- Coordinate care with schools, community organizations, and mental health professionals.- Document all interactions and maintain compliance with privacy and ethical guidelines.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work,
