Role Description The Hairstylist is a full-time, on-site role based at W Hair Care & Japanese SPA in Bologna. This role is responsible for providing professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services aligned with the salon’s advanced hair and scalp care philosophy. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable styles and treatments, and delivering high-quality services that promote both aesthetic results and hair health.





The Hairstylist also supports the client experience by maintaining a clean, organized workstation, following hygiene and safety standards, and contributing to a welcoming and relaxing environment. Collaboration with colleagues and ongoing learning about new techniques, products, and trends are an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills with a focus on both aesthetics and hair health.
- Relevant experience in premium or spa-style salons and basic Italian and English language skills are beneficial.
- Candidates should have knowledge of professional hair products and treatments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to consult with clients and ensure a positive salon experience.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work as part of a team, follow salon protocols, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
