We are currently looking for one Field Support Agent for a fixed term contract at our premises in Verona.
Main Functions
Remotely coordination of Air Dolomiti flights irregularities: cancellations, delays, diversions.
Support to the airports of the Air Dolomiti network concerning the correct application of all company procedures (Ground Operations Manual). xkiyazw
Monitoring of extra handling costs in order to implement cost-cutting measures during irregularity handling of Air Dolomiti flights.
Requirements
High school diploma or higher
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Analytic approach and problem solving
Good IT knowledge (MS Office)
Be motivated, open-minded, target oriented
Availability to work shifts
Willingness to travel frequently for short periods
Airport customer service and/or ramp dispatcher experience would be considered a plus
