Role Overview
Are you looking to expand your career in Portugal? We are hiring customer-centric Italian speakers for our multicultural team in Lisbon. Serving as the primary contact for Italian clients, you will resolve user issues via phone, email, and live messaging. Ideal candidates are proactive problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Answer incoming Italian client inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels with a courteous, professional tone.
Problem Solving: Identify client issues, diagnose underlying problems, and provide quick, personalized solutions.
Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ticket progress, and solutions inside internal CRM systems.
Performance Goals: Consistently achieve team metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT).
Ongoing Development: Participate in regular training modules to keep up with product upgrades, internal policies, and daily procedures.
Requirements
Language Proficiency: Fluent or C1/C2 level in Italian (oral and written); at least B2 level in English for internal workplace communication, instruction, and system use.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work a fully flexible, rotating 24/7 schedule.
Presence: Must work on-site at our Lisbon workspace.
Legal Status: EU/EEA citizenship, an EU passport, or an existing Portuguese work permit.

Gross Monthly Base: €1,262.33 (paid across 12 months)

Gross Monthly Base: €1,059.00 (paid across 12 months)
