At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /ppSaipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. /ppSOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects. /ppbPurpose of the position: /bAs bCathodic Protection Engineer /b you will be part of the support material technologies department for all activities including projects, bids, feed, etc. /ppbHow can you support us? /b /pulliCathodic protection Philosophy and Sizing for pipelines, structures, jackets, shore appraoches; /liliReview of project documentation and Subcontractor CP design documentation; /liliSupport to offer preparations; /liliPreparation of material, installation and survey specification; material requisitions and specific documentation; /liliVendor’s offer review and Technical Bid Evaluation; /liliVendor’s follow up, procedures review and in site presence for PQT/PPT and other key phases of the project; /liliCP offshore and onshore survey supervision and report revision; /liliAny other activity of the material technologies department.
