Overview

In this role at Chaumet’s Kuwait boutique, you will represent the Maison with warmth and luxury, guiding clients through a rich heritage and the Chaumet experience. You will drive boutique sales, develop a growing client database, and participate in store life from events to stock and visual presentation. You engage clients with storytelling and personalized selections, creating emotional journeys that reflect the brand’s history and modern evolution. This role offers a chance to contribute to growth in a high-end, cross-cultural luxury environment.

Responsabilità

- Present Chaumet to clients with warmth and luxury; share 240+ years of history and expertise
- Drive sales by offering a curated selection and guiding purchasing decisions
- Build and manage a client portfolio; develop and update customer files
- Conduct clienteling activities and invite clients to Maison events
- Prepare for VIP visits with appropriate selections and occasion context




- Support overall boutique performance through teamwork and participation in meetings
- Contribute to reporting, performance analysis, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising on windows and internal displays
- Support stock management, cashier procedures, and after-sales processes

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5 years of luxury/jewelry sales experience, Kuwait preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Commercial mindset with achievement-driven attitude
- Empathy, listening skills, and strong interpersonal abilities
- Business acumen, storytelling, and strong written/oral communication skills
