We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Global Digital team.

You will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns across different channels, aiming to drive traffic, conversion and revenues and optimize online performance globally.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the execution of digital campaigns across paid media (search, shopping, display, social, video, retargeting).
- Assist in the coordination of campaign timelines and marketing materials production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and efficient cross-channel delivery.
- Assist in the coordination and performance monitoring of ongoing marketing activities in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams (e.g. e-commerce, CRM, Brand, Social media).
- Contribute to the creation of content briefs for online assets aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity.
- Track and report on campaign performance (KPIs, ROAS, conversion KPIs), ensuring timely delivery of insights.
- Collaborate with the CRM,



Brand and social teams to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Monitor competitors, trends, and innovations in the fashion and digital space to provide actionable insights.

Who You Are
- A recent graduate or with up to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
- Familiar with key digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Fluent in English and in Italian.
