TRE P. ENG. , part of the Koenig Group , specializes in the design, manufacturing and assembly of customized machinery and integrated solutions for industrial production lines.

To strengthen our Purchasing Department , we are looking for a Buyer (m/f/d) to join our team at our Verona site .

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager , you will work closely with Engineering and Production to ensure the timely procurement of materials, components and external services required for our projects.

THE ROLE

Key responsibilities

- Manage requests for quotation, evaluate supplier offers and process purchase orders.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate prices, commercial terms and delivery schedules.
- Monitor purchase orders and delivery deadlines, following up on delays or other critical issues.
- Work closely with Engineering and Production to ensure material availability in line with project requirements.
- Support the sourcing and evaluation of new suppliers.
- Keep supplier data, purchase orders and purchasing conditions up to date in the company’s ERP system.

YOUR PROFILE

- Previous experience in purchasing, preferably within the mechanical engineering, machinery or industrial equipment sector.
- Diploma or degree, preferably in a technical or business-related field.




- Good ability to read and understand technical documentation and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills, attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Knowledge of industrial components, mechanical manufacturing processes and metal fabrication is considered an advantage. WHAT WE OFFER
