We are looking for a Finance Controller Trainee, reporting to the Finance, Control & Accounting Director.Responsibilities:Sales and Margin analysisMonthly tracking of cost centersThree-way match (Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoices)Inventory controls and inventory movements reportsCredit controls and related reportsPreparation of periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)Actual cost variance vs budget and forecast by cost centerAd-hoc analyses and presentationsAccounting supportRequired qualifications:Economics degree requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Analytical mindset with a very good attention to detailsIntegrity, confidentiality and ability to work effectively under tight deadlinesProactive team playerHighly organized and flexible to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasksFluent in Italian and English
