Give our stories shape and bring them to lifeAre you a creative communications specialist who effortlessly combines strong copy with visual and digital content? Do you get energy from translating business priorities into stories that truly reach employees, candidates, and external audiences?What will you do?Create content that reaches peopleYou will turn ideas, business priorities, and key initiatives into relevant and compelling content for different audiences. Your writing will include news items, articles, employee communications, and digital content.You will also create visual material, such as graphic content, photography, and short videos. You will adapt your communication to the channel, audience, and purpose, without losing sight of Glacier's tone of voice and brand identity.In Practice, This Means You Willdevelop strong written, visual, and digital content; creatively translate communication campaigns and key company initiatives; draft articles,news items, and employee communications; create graphic content, photography, and short videos; support leadership and employee communications; adapt content to different audiences, channels, and communication needs; ensure that allcommunication is aligned with our brand standards and corporate messaging.Manage and strengthen our digital channelsYou will help keep our communication channels current, engaging, and relevant. You will publish approved content on our website, LinkedIn, the intranet, and Appspace, and support the planning and coordination of social media activities.You will monitor the performance of our channels, share basic insights,
and contribute ideas on how to further optimize our digital communication, including for major external announcements.Help deliver communication campaignsYou will support internal communication campaigns, company events, strategic projects, and employee engagement initiatives. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners and make sure communication materials are delivered on time, professionally, and in an organized way.Safeguard our brandYou will apply Glacier's brand standards consistently across all communication materials. You will help keep presentations, templates, imagery, and other branded assets up to date, and support the production of photography, video, and creative content.In doing so, you contribute to a consistent and recognizable look and feel for Glacier across all our communication channels.What do you bring?We are looking for someone who loves to create, takes ownership, and turns ideas into professional communication. You don't necessarily have to tick every box. We value your motivation, creativity, and curiosity at least as much.Ideally, You Haveexperience in communications, marketing, or digital content creation; experience creating content for different communication channels; strong writing,editing,
and proofreading skills; experience withdigital communication platforms and social media; experience withdesign tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities; a sharp eye fordetail and a high quality standard; the confidence to work with colleagues from different functions, countries, and sites; excellent spoken and written English; preferably knowledge of Dutch, French, and/or Italian.Who are you?You are creative, proactive, and always looking for ways to make content more engaging and effective.
