Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to end users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, network, and connectivity issues.
- Perform hardware replacement, cabling, and basic device configuration.
- Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.
- Create, update, and resolve incidents through the IT service desk/ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Maintain IT asset and support documentation.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support as required.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Technical Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Experience troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide onsite technical support. xysqume
Preferred: Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting.
