Overview

In this role, you will develop and manage a client portfolio within industrial, logistics, and data center markets, using market insight to identify opportunities. You will oversee the full brokerage process, from initial proposals to closing, while producing materials for clients and investors in Italian and English. You will collaborate with landlords, developers, and tenants, and work with the Research team to inform sector reports. Responsabilità

- Develop and manage the client portfolio through scouting, networking, and strengthening existing relationships
- Identify new business opportunities in industrial, logistics, and data center markets via market analysis and proactive client engagement
- Oversee the complete brokerage process from service presentation to negotiation and closing




- Prepare commercial proposals and contractual documents to secure exclusive marketing mandates
- Create reports and presentations for clients and investors in Italian and English
- Coordinate property inspections and serve as primary contact for landlords, developers, and tenants
- Collaborate with the Research team to analyze market data and support sector reports
- Participate in sector events and marketing initiatives to bolster brand and team positioning

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in Real Estate with a focus on industrial and logistics
- Client-focused and results-driven mindset
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a team and independently manage projects
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate market trends in industrial, logistics, and data center sectors
- Proactive, determined, flexible in dynamic environments
- University degree and/or specialization related to Real Estate
- Driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel
- Expert in IT tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, data management platforms)
