As a Process Engineer at our Casalpusterlengo site, you will drive process improvements within Manufacturing Operations. You’ll apply WCM-based methods to reduce defects, waste, and losses while collaborating across factory, engineering, production, safety, and quality teams. You will lead digitalisation efforts and coach line teams in problem-solving and CI techniques. This role offers hands-on impact on performance, capability building, and cross-functional innovation in a global consumer goods environment.

- Collaborate with Factory, Engineering, Production, Safety, and Quality teams to eliminate losses, reduce waste, and improve manufacturing performance
- Identify, propose, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and operational efficiency
- Analyse workflows and process performance data to design, implement, and validate process enhancements
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess effectiveness of improvements and identify new opportunities
- Participate in daily production meetings and develop reports on process status, changes, and results
- Support innovation projects, including assessment of factory capabilities, production lines, and equipment requirements
- Drive digitalisation initiatives and implement digital solutions across manufacturing operations
- Act as a technical coach and trainer, developing line teams' capabilities in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation for decision-making
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple activities with prioritisation
