ppOn behalf of our client, Global Leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of cutting-edge products in FashionLuxury and MedTech solutions Industry, we are currently searching for a: /p /brpWho will be responsible for coordinating and implementing EHS activities across a Manufacturing Site by developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs aligned with company and regional strategy. /p /brpbMain Responsibilities: /b /p /brul /brliImplement the company EHS strategy to align with local and global regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability /li /brliEnsure adherence to all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations, permitting requirements, and reporting standards. Maintain comprehensive records and reports as required /li /brliIdentify potential EHS risks within the organization, conduct thorough assessments, and develop and implement risk mitigation plans and contingency measures /li /brliDevelop and oversee EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and partners. Promote EHS awareness and best practices throughout the organization /li /brliLead investigations into EHS incidents, accidents, and near-misses. Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence and communicate effectively /li /brliDevelop and execute sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency,



and emissions reduction programs to minimize the environmental impact of our operations /li /br /ul /brpbMain Requirements /b: /p /brul /brliMaster’s degree or equivalent in Environment, Health and Safety /li /brliRSPP Certification /li /brli5-7 years of experience in HSE positions gained working in structured manufacturing sites in a multinational environment /li /brliIn-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and best practices, with a track record of successful compliance and risk management. /li /brliKnowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO45001 certifications is a plus /li /brliLeadership and team management skills to drive EHS initiatives across the organization /li /brliAbility to analyze complex data and assess risks, as well as capability to develop and implement effective solutions /li /brliGood communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders, and to report EHS progress effectively /li /brliSustainability mindset and Regulatory Awareness /li /br /ul /brpbLocation: /b Province of Turin /p /brpbAnnual Gross Salary Range /b: 52.000 – 78.000 Euro + MBO /p /brp(Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and seniority) /p /brpbComprehensive Benefits /b bPackage: /b Supplementary Health insurance and Supplementary Pension Plan /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
