Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Sales Account to improve their sales skills, develop a comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.In this role, you will:Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunitiesGenerate sales with new clients through cold calling and networkingBuild and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visitsPrepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goalsAttend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika Networks and its products with solutionsCollaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirementsBuilding and maintaining a CRM databaseWhat we expect of you:2-3 years of proven excellence in a Sales Specialist/Sales Executive/Sales Representative or relevant sales role with B2B selling experienceHave native or highly fluent Italian and good English language skills (both spoken and written)Ambition to generate substantial earnings by expanding Teltonika's presence in the Italian market with innovative productsOrganized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven personalityExcellent listening, negotiation, and communication skillsItalian Driving licenseWhat we offer:Agevolazioni package consisting of unlimited commissions, based on your performanceInternal training for your successful start. xysqume Onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, Sales process, and product-related topics; providing all necessarymaterials on an ongoing basis, assigning progress check-up tests, and giving you continuous feedback to unlock more of your potentialUnique opportunities to grow professionally by being part of a challenging and high-growth environmentA dynamic and collaborative workplace where achievements are celebrated through team-building activities and company eventsFocus on employee well-being, with flexible working hoursSmart working model available after the probation periodSalaryWe appreciate everyone's efforts and experience.
