/p h3Responsibilities /h3 pMake an impact /p ul liResponsibility for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close under IFRS for designated legal entities /li liEnsuring timely and high-quality group reporting /li liManaging and overseeing end-to-end accounting processes in close collaboration with the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger teams /li liAnalysing, clarifying and resolving issues arising during the financial close process /li liPreparing, reviewing and approving journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations /li liPreparing and presenting balance sheet reviews to internal stakeholders /liliResponsibility for the preparation of statutory financial statements and the coordination of annual and group audits /li liEnsure proper maintenance of statutory ledgers under Local GAAP; /li liPrepare and review tax-related calculations, fiscal books and filings, as a referent point of contact with fiscal consultants; /li liEnsure proper control and monitoring of intercompany transactions in line with Transfer Pricing policies; /li liActing as the key point of contact for external auditors, regulatory authorities and internal business functions /li liEnsuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP and tax regulations /li liDriving the continuous improvement of processes,
internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) /li liContributing to and leading projects focused on standardisation, automation and ERP transformation /li liProviding functional and disciplinary leadership to a small Key Accounting team in charge of all the italian legal entities of the Group, including coaching and developing team members /li /ul h3Application Requirements /h3 pWhat you need to succeed /p ul liDegree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable qualification /li liSeveral years of relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally within an international business environment /li liStrong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards /li liExperience in preparing statutory financial statements and working with external auditors /li liGood knowledge of taxation and finance-related processes /li liExperience with ERP systems, ideally SAP /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications /li liStrong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work /li liHigh level of initiative and accountability /li liExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders /li liInitial experience in leading or developing employees would be advantageous /li liExcellent written and spoken English skills (business fluent) /li liCompensation Benefits: This position has compensation and benefits based on CCNL Commercio and company policy.
The annual gross total target cash (TTC) salary range is EUR ***************.
Final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills, role scope, location, internal equity and applicable pay policy/collective agreement provisions.
A Short-Term Incentive (STI) is included as part of the Total Target Cash (TTC).
