Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategicPR & Social Media plansto strengthen brand positioning in the Italy market.
Cultivate relationships withmedia, influencers, and industry stakeholdersto drive earned coverage and partnerships.
Lead PR campaigns (press releases, media pitches, events) in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
Partner withBrand Managers, Central Marketing, and cross-functional teamsto ensure message consistency and alignment with business goals.
Monitor and engage with audiences on social media, addressing inquiries and feedback professionally.
Stay ahead ofindustry trends, platform innovations, and PR best practicesto optimize campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
2+ yearsof hands-on PR & social media experience, with a focus on theItaly market.
Proven success indesigning and executing impactful PR/social campaigns.
Fluent in Italian and English(written and verbal) with exceptional storytelling skills.
Mandatory:Expertise insocial media platforms, analytics tools, and community management.
Adaptable, creative, and detail-oriented—able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
