/p h3DESCRIPTION /h3 pJoin Thermo Fisher Scientific's packaging engineering team and contribute to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
As an Engineer I in Packaging/Labeling, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative packaging solutions for our products.
You'll work on diverse projects ranging from new package design and validation to process improvement initiatives, while gaining valuable experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
Working with experienced engineers, you'll help ensure our packaging meets the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements while driving cost efficiency and sustainability.

/p h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required /li liPreferred Fields of Study: Packaging Engineering or related technical/scientific field /li liStrong technical aptitude with ability to read and understand engineering drawings /li liKnowledge of packaging materials including glass, PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, and corrugate /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and packaging-specific software /li liExperience with 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Solid Works, or similar) preferred /li liUnderstanding of GMP, FDA, ISO, and transportation regulations /li liExcellent attention to detail and quality focus /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities /li liEffective written and verbal communication skills /li liAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams /li liExperience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology industry preferred /li liPhysical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally /li liWillingness to work in clean room environments when required /li liMust be able to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols /li liSchedule may vary based on business needs /li /ul pThermo Fisher Scientific is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.
