in real productsCollaborating with other engineers and mentoring on architecture & best practicesSetup:Freelance collaboration with long-term perspectiveHybrid model: initial onboarding on-site, then gradually moving towards remotePossible locations: Rome / Milan / NaplesNice to have: xysqume Experience in AI / tech consulting environmentsCloud architectures (especially Azure)MLOps / LLMOpsDistributed systems & microservicesWe're looking for someone senior, autonomous, technically strong, and comfortable taking ownership of complex systems.
