Legga la descrizione completa qui sotto per avere un quadro completo dei requisiti richiesti.Main ResponsibilitiesLead and support two experienced team members based in TrezzanoOversee monthly close activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of general ledgers, sub-ledgers, and related accountsEnsure compliance with Trane Technologies' Standards of Internal Control, FICAP requirements, and reporting timetablesPrepare and review balance sheet reconciliations in line with internal control standardsCoordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements and audit filesManage statutory audits and ensure timely completion of all required statutory filingsSupport the tax function and liaise with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely filing of local tax returnsEnsure compliance with VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing requirementsPrepare quarterly US GAAP tax provisions using OneSource for relevant legal entitiesLead and participate in MDI initiatives,
including AI projects, automation, reporting improvement, and productivity actionsIdentify, address, and resolve compliance issues within the area of responsibilityMonitor and use performance metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvementBuild effective working relationships with business unit teams and cross-functional stakeholdersInternal interactions: RTR Finance Shared Services Team, Bangalore Senior Finance Leaders for both the RtR function and the Business units Tax, VAT, Treasury and Legal functions Corporate Reporting team Internal Audit and SOX teamsExternal interactions: External Auditors Tax advisors OdV Supervisory Board (LD ********)What you will bringEssential Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experienceStrong experience with financial and tax systems such as Oracle and OneSourceGood knowledge of Italian GAAP and US GAAPProven leadership capability, with the ability to operate effectively as a collaborative team player and trusted business partner.Experience as a people manager or coordinator, with innovation and promoting continuous improvement mindset.Strong communication, influencing,
and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage high volumes of data accurately and work effectively under tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge and practicaluse of AI applications is considered a strong plusFluency in English, both written and spoken.
