/li /ulh3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliDaily operational management of the EMC test laboratory /liliCoordination of technical staff (technicians and engineers) /liliPlanning and allocation of project activities /liliMonitoring of project progress and delivery timelines /liliPreparation of technical and progress reports for clients and internal management /liliDrafting of technical and commercial offers in collaboration with the sales team /liliSupport to marketing and business development activities with a technical focus /liliClient interface for requirements gathering and results discussion /liliEnsuring compliance with EMC and ISO ***** standards /liliPromoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team /li /ulh3REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliDegree in electronics or electrical engineering /lili3–5 years of experience as an EMC technician in industrial, medical, or railway sectors /liliKnowledge of generic standards (IEC *******-x), product standards (IEC *********, EN *********...), and basic standards (IEC *******-x) /liliExperience in team and project management /liliStrong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, team spirit, and results-driven approach /liliGood capability to work in team and for target /liliGood English (written and spoken) /li /ulh3Will be a preferential title /h3ulliHands-on, proactive, committed to safety and results oriented.
