-- Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a brilliant graduating student or recent graduate to join the Legal Support in the preparation of deeds (private agreements, settlement agreements, conciliation minutes, etc.) and in the preparation and drafting of internal documentation (notes, reports, documents and support files for activities); Investigative activity (collection of information and documents and coordination with the interested functions) aimed at drafting litigation documents; Study and research of legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence; Drafting of opinions and notes in labor law and civil law to support the interested company functions.
REQUIRED SKILLS Specialist Degree in Law; Experience, even brief, in law firms specialized in civil/labor law or in legal departments of companies is a plus; Good knowledge of the English language; knowledge of the French language will be considered a plus; Good knowledge of the Office package; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Teamwork predisposition.
