Now, in order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:br/ /pulliDegree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
/lili4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international environment.
/liliProven experience in Italian payroll and labor relations is essential.
/liliStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build effective relationships.
/liliResilience, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
/liliFluent Italian (C2) and English (C1) required /liliFamiliarity with HR communication and reporting tools is a plus.
