Page Executive is seeking an Operations Director to lead two production sites in a high-growth circular economy business. You will drive industrial performance, oversee P&L; and oversee Production, Maintenance, Engineering and HSE functions with a hands-on leadership style.
The role requires a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, CI, and multi-site manufacturing, with fluency in Italian and English. Regular travel between sites is expected as part of the role.
