The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,9 operational and + 0,7 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW. /p pOpdenergy is now looking for abProcurement Specialist /bto manage procurement processes in Italy. /p h3What will you help with /h3 ul liManage procurement processes for local services related to the construction, grid connection, and operation and maintenance of renewable energy plants. /li liIdentify, evaluate and develop relationships with qualified engineering service providers and technical suppliers. /li liUnderstand project requirements and translate them into appropriate procurement strategies and scopes of work. /li liPrepare and manage RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, including the preparation of tender documentation and comparison of technical and commercial proposals. /li liCoordinate with internal stakeholders, particularly Engineering, Construction, Project Management and Development teams, to define technical and commercial requirements. /li liEvaluate and compare supplier proposals, coordinating the technical and commercial assessment with the relevant internal teams. /li liLead commercial negotiations with suppliers and support the selection of the most suitable providers based on cost,



quality, technical capabilities, schedule and project requirements. /li liWork closely with the Legal Department and internal stakeholders on the preparation, negotiation and execution of contracts and service agreements. /li liManage the supplier qualification and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with internal procurement procedures. /li liMonitor supplier performance, contractual conditions and delivery of services throughout the project execution phase. /li liEnsure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and applicable project requirements. /li liMonitor procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to the optimization of project procurement. /li liMaintain updated information on suppliers, market conditions, costs and availability of engineering and technical services. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. /li li3+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably within the renewable energy, EPC, engineering or construction sectors. /li liIdeally 3 years of proven experience with SAP software. /li liPrevious experience purchasing or contracting engineering,



technical or professional services related to the execution of renewable energy projects. /li liExcellent negotiating skills and understanding of key contractual terms. /li liWritten and spoken English proficiency.
