The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering revenue and operational margin targets across your assigned territory while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will actively develop key accounts, execute the commercial strategy, and support business growth through structured sales activity and strong client relationships.
You will take ownership of sales performance and market development, contributing directly to the company’s strategic objectives and long-term growth.
Key Essentials
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales management and key account development
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to drive sales strategy, budgets, and forecasting
- Strong use of CRM and ERP systems
- Fluent Italian, English (spoken and written) and French is an advantage.Please upload your CV in English if possible.

Location & Work Pattern
This role is based in Madone , with a hybrid working arrangement. Some travel to clients and sites required.
