Our client is an important international company operating in the Agribusiness sector. For the growth of the organization in the Italian market, on behalf of our client we are seeking a:
**GENERAL MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:
The new manager will report directly to the Chairman and will contribute to the development of the company's growth through the correct management of technical and commercial activities, optimizing processes and coordinating the resources in the company. In particular: - He/she will analyse and understand the characteristics of the company and will bring a solid contribution to all managerial, commercial and technical issues;
- Will guide, support and develop staff in operational management and will support their professional growth;
- Will take charge of the company's objectives and manage the technical and commercial areas to achieve the expected results;




- He/she will analyse the company processes, implementing business and organizational improvements;
- He/she will implement a managerial management style, bringing change and business culture. He/she has gained at least 15 years working experience in organizations in the agribusiness sector, in roles of increasing responsibility. He/she has a solid commercial background and experience in managing Business Units within complex industrial organizations or in smaller companies with full P&L; responsibility. Proven leadership capabilities, a results-orientated approach, flexibility and adaptability will complete the profile. Fluency in the English language is required. **Location**:
