**Role Purpose**:
ho. Mobile is looking for a passionate Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Expert with a positive mindset.
This position offers the opportunity to work along the entire acquisition funnel: from reaching the right audience to defining the best customer experience.
You will also be in charge of designing winning online media plans, to hit defined media and business objectives.

Mobile you will find a truly agile and skilled team and you will have the chance to work closely with smart professionals in different areas. **Key accountabilities and decision ownership**: - Take full end-to-end responsibility of programmatic, search and display advertising campaigns, with a clear focus on performance-based, sales-driving reach and retargeting activities
- Continuously monitor performance and identify and analyse deviating patterns to generate insights for optimization
- Own relationship with main tech vendors and key publishers
- Constantly improve display technology stack; connect to CDP, DMP and other data tools, ensure stable tracking




- making A/B tests and optimizing all the purchase funnel steps, getting insight from analytics data
- Coordinating with marketing team the editorial plans on all social platforms. Management of day-to-day operational aspects of social media platforms and/or projects; management of campaign timelines, content deliverables and review deliverable
- Responsible for all reporting and financial billing activities for managed campaigns **Core competencies, knowledge and experience**: - Excellent Technical understanding of Ad Serving technologies
- Hands on experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social strongly preferred
- Excellent understanding AdTech technologies (e.g., DSPs, DMPs, Adobe Suite)
- Able to work in a matrixed organization and to successfully grow ecommerce **Must have technical / professional qualifications**: - +3 years hands-on responsibility for digital performance campaigns
- Management of budgets > €5m / year
- Fluent both in English and Italian
