The role offers location flexibility, with a preference for Rome or Naples, and requires frequent travel throughout the region. /pbrKey Responsibilities:brullibr/lilipDefine and implement our market entry and expansion strategies throughout Italy. /pbr/lilipEnsure all stores comply with company policies, regulations, and industry’s best practices. /pbr/lilipConduct property scouting, feasibility studies, and prepare proposals for management approval. /pbr/lilipAssess potential locations based on demographic data, commercial viability and financial forecasts. /pbr/lilipAct as the main point of contact and build strong relationships with property owners, developers and real estate partners. /pbr/lilipConduct negotiations on lease agreements and manage all the necessary documentation for opening new retail outlets. /pbr/lilipClosely monitor market trends, changes in consumer behavior and competitors’ moves to identify risks and new opportunities. /pbr/lilipManage multiple expansion projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met. /pbr/lilipDevelop and execute strategic plans for entering new markets. /pbr/li /ulbrRequirements:brullibr/lilipA degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management,
