Here, you’ll build something that lasts: ba trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world. /bbr/ /ph3bYour Key Responsibilities /b /h3pOwnership of the Lexroom CS Academy: across our teams (SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise) and geographies design and run recurring training programs (onboarding, ramp-up, advanced training), defining goals, content, schedule, and success metrics. /ph3bWhat You'll Do /b /h3ullipbNew hire onboarding: /b Own the full onboarding experience from the first week onboarding to the first 2 months ramp-up for all new CS hires, coordinating agendas, materials, internal speakers, and practical exercises for all our markets. /p /lilipbHands-on training: /b Personally deliver training modules (clients onboarding, sales/expansion methodology, discovery, demos,
objection handling, negotiation, pipeline management) with role-plays, call coaching, and structured feedback. /p /lilipbCustomers Education /b: Creates content that the client uses to learn independently (not team-based training) in cooperation with the Legal Engineering team. /p /lilipbTraining content upkeep: /b Keep playbooks, scripts, templates, and Academy materials up to date with product, market, and team performance; turn internal success stories (calls, emails, sequences, complex deals) into reusable training assets. /p /lilipbExecution with managers: /b Partner closely with CS Managers and CSMs/AMs to ensure training is applied in real scenarios, calls, and negotiations. /p /lilipbGlobal collaboration: /b Align the Academy with global initiatives and export Italian best practices to new international markets. /p /li /ulh3bWhat We're Looking For /b /h3ullipb2+ years of experience /b in CS Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Commercial Coaching within a fast-paced B2B (ideally in SaaS, tech, or consulting environment). /p /lilipbStrong PMO mindset /b: able to turn needs into structured plans, align stakeholders, manage timelines, deliver results, and measure impact. /p /lilipComfortable both bpresenting publicly /b (training, workshops, role-plays) and bworking in detail /b on processes, content, and metrics. /p /lilipExcellent bcommunication /b, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
