A Financing Middle Officer main tasks are, for his / her portfolio of financing operations: - Play the role of Agent Bank, with a focus on Infrastructure/Project Financing, keeping direct relationship with borrowers, the lenders and the legal advisors, in order to proactively manage financing operations with a decision-making approach.




- Analysing and preparing the new deals in cooperation with the Front and the Back Office
- Monitoring the borrower’s obligations as per legal documentation (KYC, collaterals, covenants )
- Managing the events that may occur during the lifecycle of the financing operation (syndication, drawdowns&roll-overs;, waivers&amendments;, extensions, prepayments/repayments, restructuring )
- Producing and checking reports in relation with the managed operations **Profil et compétences requises**:
The Financing Middle Office manages a portfolio of financing operations in which Natixis as lender can also play the role of Agent bank, leading the pool from the closing phase (deal implementation) to the final repayment by the borrower.
The main duty of the team is to ensure that each financing operation complies with the terms of Natixis’ credit decision and that the provisions foreseen in the legal documentation (financing contract, collaterals, etc.) are properly executed, perfectioned and respected by all the lenders and the borrower, all along the deal lifecycle. we are searching for:
degree in Corporate Finance, Business school with a major in Finance or equivalent.
at least 3 year of experience in the same position
italian and english
