ph3Senior HR Advisor /h3pInternational Fashion Brand / HR Operations / Milan - /ppA global Japanese fashion brand is currently recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to join its EMEA HR team in Milan. /ppThe Senior HR Advisor will act as the local HR subject matter expert, supporting employee relations, HR administration, payroll, benefits, and compliance with local employment legislation. The role will serve as a key link between employees, managers, external partners, and regional HR teams. /ppThe ideal candidate should have strong HR operations experience, deep knowledge of Italian employment law, and the ability to support a fast-paced international environment. /pp(Ref: LS47614-3 - Please include this when making any enquiries.) /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide expert guidance on Italian employment legislation, labour regulations, and HR compliance matters /liliSupport employee relations including disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and workplace matters /liliManage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding /liliManage payroll inputs, payroll validation, reconciliation, and employee payroll enquiries /liliAdminister employee benefit programmes and coordinate with agevolazioni providers and brokers /liliEnsure compliance with statutory HR requirements including employment documentation, registrations, social insurance, and reporting /liliSupport HR audits, regulatory reviews,
