The Role.
We are looking for a Presales Specialist to join our team and support presales activities for innovative software solutions and projects based on Artificial Intelligence and digital technologies.
You will report directly to the Presales Manager and work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams.
The team consists of 3 people and has a culture focused on autonomy, collaboration, and continuous innovation.
Who We’re Looking For:
You are a curious, analytical person who feels comfortable interacting with both technical stakeholders and business decision-makers. You know how to listen, synthesize information, and translate complex needs into clear and effective proposals. You are comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel and are excited about working on AI and digital transformation topics.
What You’ll Do:
Sales & Presales Support
- Support the Sales team in presales activities for software and AI solutions
- Participate in meetings with customers and stakeholders, including in English
- Prepare presentations, demos, and sales enablement materials
Analysis & Solutions
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into project proposals and technology solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to define solution architectures
Documentation & Proposals
- Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals, project proposals, and presales documentation
- Produce high-quality technical and commercial documentation that is clear and customer-focused
Research & Market
- Support market research activities and the analysis of technology opportunities
- Monitor trends and developments in AI,
automation, and digital transformation
What You’ll Need:
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Management, Data Science for Business, Economics with a focus on innovation and digital technologies, or related fields
- At least 2 years of professional experience in presales, technology consulting, business analysis, or digital transformation
- Excellent command of English (mandatory) and French
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Good understanding of digital technologies and digital business models
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of French
- Experience with CRM tools or sales enablement platforms
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
Soft Skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation
- Ability to manage multiple activities and projects in parallel
What You Can Expect:
Minimum gross annual salary: €31,000
Working Model:
- Hybrid, with the possibility of working from our Siena or Gioia del Colle offices
- Availability for occasional travel for customer meetings or events
- Employment type: Full-time
